Tricia is a board-certified physician assistant with a passion for aesthetic medicine and non-surgical facial augmentation. She earned her master’s degree from Des Moines University (2008) after graduating with honors from Central College (2005).
She began her career in orthopedic surgery before transitioning to plastic surgery in 2016, where she discovered her passion for non-surgical facial augmentation. Her extensive experience in plastic surgery gives her a deep understanding of both the limitations of injectables and the surgical alternatives that can complement non-surgical procedures. This allows her to educate patients on comprehensive treatment plans beyond what can be offered in-house.
In addition to her work at Beauty Pact, Tricia is a GAIN (Galderma Anatomy Injectable Network) Trainer, an elite distinction awarded to a select group of top injectors recognized for their advanced expertise in anatomy and injection techniques. The highly competitive and rigorous selection process means that only a small percentage of injectors achieve this distinction. As a trainer, she educates and mentors other aesthetic professionals, ensuring the highest standards in injectable treatments.
Tricia is known for her ability to blend medical expertise with an artistic eye, helping patients achieve balanced, natural results while preserving their unique facial identity. Her patients appreciate her kindness, thorough consultations, and honest approach, knowing they are in the hands of a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety and beauty in equal measure.
When she’s not at the Beauty Pact, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
With nearly two decades of nursing experience, including the last nine in medical aesthetics, Rhea combines clinical expertise with a deeply personal, patient-first approach. She began her career in the neonatal intensive care unit at the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital, where she developed both advanced technical skills and a lasting sense of compassion.
Driven by a longstanding passion for beauty and wellness, Rhea transitioned into aesthetics to merge her clinical background with her creative eye. She has spent years refining her approach through advanced training with Allergan Aesthetics and Galderma, continually seeking out the latest techniques to deliver natural, balanced results. Her time in a plastic surgery practice allowed her to apply this knowledge in a hands-on setting, deepening her understanding of facial anatomy while maintaining her own signature style.
